Thank you for choosing Colour Bar & Hair Studio. We want your reservation with us to be as carefree and enjoyable as possible. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Our appointments are often booked back to back, and being on time prevents us from rushing through your service and the client scheduled after you. We want you to receive the best service, and enjoy your time and experience at our studio.

Confirmation Notifications

As a courtesy, we make confirmation calls one business day before your scheduled appointment. Our scheduling system also offers you the option to sign up to receive automatic reminders of your scheduled appointment via text or email, 48 hours before your appointment. Please understand that if our scheduling system fails to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment to avoid missed appointments or late arrivals, and potential cancellation fees.

Child Safety Policy

Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety and liability reasons we ask that if you bring a child with you, you require him or her to remain in the designated waiting area. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of other clients receiving a service. Thank your for your understanding.

Cancellation/Failure to Show Policy

Colour Bar & Hair Studio, LLC has a 24- hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Please be courteous and provide Colour Bar with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow for us to fill your appointment time and treat other clients on our waiting list. Any cancellations less than 24-hour notice or no show will result in a 50% cost of your appointment time added to your account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Services, Products,Returns

Our intent is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we carry and the services we provide. Our studio aligns itself with top quality hair brands. Colour or hair products not endorsed, sold, or provided by Colour Bar & Hair Studio may not be used in our studio. Services received cannot be refunded. Retail products will not be refunded, but can be exchanged for a product of equal value if returned lightly used and in its original packaging within 7 days after purchase. No refunds on gift certificates.
